Regardless Of What The ObamaCare Tax Is Called, Americans Continue To Look Upon It Unfavorably By A Large Majority. “The July survey suggests that the individual mandate remains unpopular no matter whether it’s labeled a fine or a tax, a distinction that has become the focus of discussion since the Supreme Court’s June ruling.
